Located at 2727 C Street San Diego, CA 92102, this ~7,240 SF parcel zoned RM 2-5 is within the transit priority area in the Greater Golden Hill neighborhood.
 

Utilizing the Complete Communities update, we are proposing a 27 unit multi-family development, 3 - 4 story walk-up with a unit mix of studios, 1 bedrooms & 2 bedroom units / lofts. The units will cater towards an open indoor / outdoor lifestyle helping erase the boundaries of interior & exterior.

Each Unit has a spacious outdoor private deck for the tenants to enjoy and entertain their guests. The architectural volumes are separated, to break up the massing to create light wells through the open public courtyard spaces.
 

The architecture was developed with natural light,
air flow, privacy and community as the main driving factors. The solids and voids of the volumes create a playful series of private and public realms for the tenants to enjoy.
